@dilsemailbox brings to Birmingham, a culinary journey that celebrates the vibrant and traditional flavours of Asia that intertwine with modern dining.

Our role in this project was in the design, project management and technical delivery. It is one of our biggest interior design projects to date.

We have recently submitted on a planning permission application for a small rear extension and internal alterations to an existing dwelling.

The client was very happy with our proposals and ideas as we delievered on budget, on time and on the brief.

First post since August! This has been quite a while, but in the background we have been really busy with getting projects designed, approved and on site. This project is an example. It is for a rear extension to a beautiful Victorian 1920s property in Coventry.

Work in progress for our proposed detached single dwelling projects that is expected to go on site later this year.

We are now starting to get even more serious with our level of detail, to fully understand the spatial design of our proposals to minimise errors on site by early coordination of building elements.

As a qualified Architectural Technologist, we are specialists in the technological aspects of building design and construction. Always keeping up with latest building standards, construction trends and legislation, we imbed our expertise into our designs from an early stage, to fully understand the implications. The Dale, Willenhall

We are privileged to announce the proposal of one of our most challenging projects that we have been working on since the beginning of the year.

The project entails the repurpose of the existing building located in the heart of Willenhall that has been left vacant since early last year which previously has been under the tenancy of JD Weatherspoons that have been in the building for the last 30 years.

Originally the building was designed as a cinema in the year 1932. It was the first cinema building in Willenhall and at its peak it had the capacity to fit around 1,150 people.

Our proposal sees the existing structure suitable to be split into multiple commercial and mix-use spaces that can be either used for coffee shops, food & drink, retail and small office spaces.

We have revitalised the facade with a modern approach and proposed soft materials such as aluminium, timber and glass to give the building a new look in its prominant location.

The client is very happy with our proposals and a application for planning will be submitted very soon.
